Please contact us if there is a problem with your item. We may be able to exchange or return certain accessories on a case by case basis. We do offer refunds or exchanges if they arrive with faults. Any return or exchange accepted will require the item/s sent back to us in brand new undamaged condition acceptable for resale (unless faulty).
